Who We Are

We are a team of specialists who bring a cross section of expertise and lived experience to the table. Between us we have worked (and continue to work) in the corporate world, education, the prison service, performing arts, media and broadcast, the third sector and the civil service, to name a few. Occ Psychs represents a first for Business Psychologists collaborating with other specialists in this way in the UK. A second thing that makes us different from many other consulting organisations is that we are all independent professionals in our own right. This means that we can work more flexibly, with fewer constraints and offer a more dynamic service.

For our clients this means we can turn around projects, trainings or assessments much quicker than many other providers. Psychologists are Social Scientists, bound by high ethical standards and some of our team members contribute to research in our profession, bridging the academia and real life. We use data to measure our impact and ensure we make a tangible difference to the people we work with. This is why our team consists only of qualified psychologists or experts who have been carefully selected because of their distinct specialism and high integrity.
