Our Story

We are a team of specialists who bring a cross section of expertise and lived experience to the table. Between us we have worked (and continue to work) in the corporate world, education, the prison service, performing arts, media and broadcast and the civil service, to name a few.

 

What makes us different from many other consulting organisations is that we are all independent professionals in our own right. This means that we can work more flexibly, with fewer constraints and offer a more dynamic service. 

 

Our team consists of qualified psychologists or experts who have been carefully selected because of their distinct specialism and high integrity. 

 

Psychologists are social scientists bound by high ethical standards. We use data to measure our impact and ensure we make a tangible difference to the people we work with. Several of us contribute to research in our profession, bridging academia and real life.
