Our team has expertise in all aspects of neurodiversity and lived experience of our own.
We offer a range of services that facilitate inclusion of people in the workplace.

We create bespoke advice and training packages to suit you. Some of the more typical things we offer are:

  • Helping organisations become more neuroinclusive

  • How confident are you that your organisation is neuroinclusive at every stage of the employee life cycle? We work closely with HR professionals and marketing teams to help them remove hidden barriers for neurominority employees.

Neurodiversity Awareness Training

Our understanding of neurodiversity and how that impacts on us is continually evolving. We can help you get up to speed.

Managing Neurominority Employees

Managing teams of people can be challenging, especially when there are differing needs within the group. We can help you navigate conflict and complexity to get the best for everyone involved.

Environmental Design

How inclusive are your office spaces and the physical environments you work in?
Again, meeting conflicting needs can be difficult. We advise on the most neuroinclusive practices.

Communication and interaction good practice

With so many different communication styles and formats in the workplace misunderstanding can soon arise. We can advise you on how to prevent common difficulties and also help with conflict resolution.

Expert witness representation in court

We have trained expert witnesses in our team to support through challenging situations. Only a court of law can determine what is reasonable when supporting neurominority need. Seeking expert advice is an important step.

Neurodiversity Cognitive Assessments

Our highly trained psychologists have years of experience running diagnostic assessments. We diagnose neurominority conditions including Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia/DCD, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, and nonverbal learning disabilities. We work in conjunction with medical specialists when this is appropriate and signpost our clients to the relevant support.

ADHD

We diagnose ADHD and can help you understand your ADHD in the context of your life and work, what support you need and how you can better harness your strengths. This is so empowering for our clients. We are non medical specialists and so do not prescribe medication. However, we can work alongside your GP to help you in this process, should you wish to explore medication.

Some of the reasons why our clients feel that getting a diagnosis is so valuable:

  • Understanding your cognitive strengths and weaknesses, whether you are neurominority, and any potential diagnoses is an ideal first step of self discovery that leads to you getting strategies and support with the things you struggle with and harnessing your potential.

  • There is a considerable amount of misinformation on the internet and social media and so by seeing a professional who takes your background information and considers other potential diagnoses, you can be reassured that your diagnosis is correct.

  • It is very empowering understand your strengths. This is particularly the case for some people who have spent many years only focusing on what their weaknesses are.

  • If you are a parent with children who may also be neurominority, understanding yourself will help you be a better role model for them and your experience is likely to make you a better advocate for them in education and better equipped to support them at home.

Workplace Needs Assessments

In a workplace needs assessment we work with you and your organisation to understand your job role, the challenges you are having and to make recommendations accordingly. Typically, this may include coaching, assistive technology, additional training and support strategies. They can help you apply for Access to Work funding to get support and equipment so you can work at your best.

Cognitive Assessments Related to Health Conditions

Neurodivergency is sometimes acquired. Long COVID, chronic mental health conditions, head injury and degenerative conditions are some of the examples that we would expect to have an impact on you cognitively. Our cognitive assessment gives you a ‘snap shot’ of now and can be used to compare again in the future. We can also help you assess the implications for your career and help you with moving forward.

Our team of specialist coaches can support you to utilise tried and tested neurominority tools, techniques and strategies to help you work at your best.

Having an assessment can be so useful for understanding yourself better, your areas of strength and also your challenges. The next step is to work through them with a coach.

Some people come for coaching without first having an assessment. They may know the areas they want to work on or work through typical neurodivergent areas of challenge.

The number of sessions required differs from person to person; we recommend starting with a minimum block booking of 6; our clients start to see the benefits from the first session.

Typical benefits of neurodiversity specialist coaching include:

  • Understand more about your neurotype

  • Trial and adopt new /additional strategies

  • Develop your communication style to advocate better for yourself and others

  • Help your line manager better support you through having joint sessions

  • Increased confidence and wellbeing.
